Ages: 9-12

During this course, participants will learn about the science behind everyday gadgets, gain confidence in how to apply the phenomena surrounding us in order to create exciting projects combining electronics and basics of coding. At the same time, they will learn how to use electronic components including microprocessors, motors, switches and LED’s. Participants will also have an opportunity to apply aspects of the design thinking process whilst working on individual and group projects.

With the appearance of more and more advanced e-devices, young innovators will be able to learn and understand how to combine hardware and software components. During the course, children will learn how to use electronic components such as microprocessors, switches and LED’s to create individually designed projects such as keyboard instruments, temperature sensors etc.
